In our many years of providing these services, we have never broken that promise. In fact, in most cases, emails are answered in an average of just 2-3 hours. In addition, emergency situations can be handled 24 hours a day via a telephone paging system.

Reliability Features and Security

All servers are housed in our state-of-the-art facility located on a large, restricted-access campus. The facility is monitored around the clock by both on-site security personnel and off-site monitoring systems. WebXess strives for the best quality assurance testing in order to provide almost 100% uptime.

Each server is equipped with mirroring hard drives to protect against data loss from hardware failures. Daily and weekly data backups are performed for added assurance. Entire servers are kept on-hand for rapid resolutions to hardware problems, helping to ensure minimal downtimes. Climate control systems push several tons of cold air through the server room, while a high sensitivity smoke detection system provides forewarned protection against possible fire incidents.

The facility operates off of a high-capacity power grid. In rare circumstances in which power grids are unavailable, our servers will be immediately supported by a battery array, while the 1500KW diesel generators start up and power the facility. This facility has 6,000 gallons of fuel on-site, allowing it to operate for several days without interruption. As yet another alternative, a dedicated power substation is present to take over indefinitely.
